1. What you are buying

Pixel Wars sells the right to display content on a region of a shared canvas for as long as you hold it. You are not buying land, property, an asset, a security, or anything you can resell off the platform.

Nothing on the canvas is permanently owned. Any region you hold can be taken by another player at any time by paying more than its current value. This is the core mechanic of the product, not a fault.

2. Prices and payment

Empty pixels are sold at the per-pixel price advertised on the site at the time of purchase. Taking a region that someone else holds costs that region's current value plus a 10% markup and a one-off $1 conquest fee.

Card payments are processed by Ziina. We never receive or store your card details. Prices are charged in USD unless stated otherwise at checkout.

3. Wallet credit

When your region is taken, 50% of the markup paid by the new holder is credited to your in-app wallet. Wallet credit is spend-only: it can be used to buy or reclaim pixels on Pixel Wars and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for cash.

Wallet credit has no cash value and may be forfeited if your account is terminated for a breach of these terms.

4. Refunds

Purchases are final once the region is assigned to you. Losing a region to another player is not grounds for a refund — it is the expected behaviour of the game.

If a purchase fails, is double-charged, or a technical fault prevents your content from being displayed, contact us and we will correct it.

5. Content rules

You are responsible for everything you display: images, text, links and audio. You must own the rights to it, or have permission to use it.

Do not upload sexual content, content involving minors, hate speech, harassment, threats, personal information about others, malware, phishing links, or anything illegal where you or your audience are.

We may remove any content and deactivate any region, without refund, if it breaks these rules or if we are required to remove it.

6. Accounts

One person, one account. Do not use automated tools to claim, hold or reclaim regions. We may suspend accounts used to abuse pricing, rate limits, or other players.

7. Availability

Pixel Wars is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change the pricing, the mechanics, or the canvas itself. Where a change materially affects what you hold, we will give notice on the site.
